The actions listed refer to the empiric developments ABC has taken throughout start up of hub operations in Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports:

1. Onboard supervision of incoming flights in transit via Moscow. The number of attendants was increased number of persons per flight meeting the plane and supervising transit proceedings.
