Administer the smooth and on-time dispatch of our Cargo aircrafts at on-line and off-line stations
Coordination of all service providers involved
Liaise with suppliers, internal departments and flight crews
Compilation of all flight documents, such as load sheet, load plan, notifications, etc.
To perform any other ramp related or administrative duties as may be reasonably required.
Required Skills
Able to work under operational constraints and to tight deadlines
Able to work in a team and to work without constant supervision
Strong organizational skills
Able to take instructions
Fluent in German & English ( verbal and written )
In possession of a valid driver’s license
Reliable and approachable
Willing to work shifts and weekend / public holidays
Convincing appearance and poise
Travel propensity with all means of transportation
Experience in the Cargo Industry preferred
