Lead the Special Cargo Team to achieve Company’s targets in the most effective way
Control KPI in Region
Develop and implement LOP taking in consideration SOP signed with Customers
Work on deviations, investigate irregularities, go through risk assessment procedures, control follow-up
Ensure a quality management system in the region is implemented and maintained
Maintain control over compliance of Special Cargo products
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
CET at or above Level 4, good command in English
Minimum 8 years experience in cargo airlines and/or forwarding industry
Have knowledge in regulations and practices on Special Cargo;
Profound understanding of principles and methods of sales, pricing, and market dynamics in the cargo airline
Strong leadership
Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities
Computer skills (MS office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, IBM lotus, Cargo-spot, etc.)
