Key tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Special Cargo Team to achieve Company’s targets in the most effective way
  • Control KPI in Region
  • Develop and implement LOP taking in consideration SOP signed with Customers
  • Work on deviations, investigate irregularities, go through risk assessment procedures, control follow-up
  • Ensure a quality management system in the region is implemented and maintained
  • Maintain control over compliance of Special Cargo products



  • Bachelor Degree
  • CET at or above Level 4, good command in English
  • Minimum 8 years experience in cargo airlines and/or forwarding industry
  • Have knowledge in regulations and practices on Special Cargo;
  • Profound understanding of principles and methods of sales, pricing, and market dynamics in the cargo airline
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities
  • Computer skills (MS office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, IBM lotus, Cargo-spot, etc.)
