Pay regular sales calls and visits to regular customers; serve potential customers who mainly focus on free sales capacity, or high yield cargo
Maintain good working relationship and resolve any issues and complaints if needed.
Solicit new customers from market to maximize load factor and yield
Close collaborations with the customer service team to maximize the end-results of the each freighter operations
Assist CS team with other stations in respect of changes of schedule and rotation when required. Ensure minimum disruption impact to customers’ requirements and avoid complaints
Participating and support the sales of new product or destinations within the network and also ensure the smooth implementation and deliverables as customers’ expectations
Collect and manage customer feedback on regular product and service
Response timely to customer feedback and market information to respective parties
Support Sales Department to develop market intelligence system including the agents’ performance monitoring system, market trend, and market share
Requirements:
University graduate
Good command of written and spoken English
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, management, customer and suppliers
