Main Duties

  • Provide and promote quotations of ILS related services to clients and colleagues.
  • Negotiate rates and services with sub-companies on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Ensure that ILS services are invoiced, meaning addressed to the accounting department.
  • Process and operate full ILS related logistic cycle, including additional processes which may be implemented later.
  • Process, coordinate and overview “EXW” pickups with all involved sub-companies and colleagues.
  • Process, coordinate and overview “DDX” deliveries with all involved sub-companies and colleagues.

Required Skills 

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service or Trucking Agent.
  • Experience in the Cargo Industry preferred Fluent in German & English (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Customer-oriented behaviour
  • Commercial skills
  • Keen perception and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively.
  • Able to give professional and clear communication to clients
