AirBridgeCargo Airlines gears up transportation of 40 Maserati Quattroporte

AirBridgeCargo Airlines have successfully operated two consecutive charters with 40 brand new Maserati Quattroporte on board.

Two ad hoc flights, chartered by ABC long-standing customer, Agility Logistics (Italy), were performed on board Boeing 747-8Fs from Milan (Italy) to Port Moresby (Papua New Guinea) for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC) 2018 to be used for comfortable and safe transfer of key representatives and nation’s chief executives of the participating countries.

 

ABC dedicated team of highly skilled and experienced professionals have strictly followed all internal procedures, which were aligned to guarantee smooth and seamless transportation of luxury vehicles. 20 cars, jacketed in white protective covers, were thoroughly loaded onto Boeing 747-8F under the supervision of ABC loadmasters and specialists to be later providing high-end chauffeuring services during APEC2018.

“It is not the first time we have been working with Agility Logistics transporting Maserati cars and we are delighted to provide red-carpet treatment for these luxury sports vehicles. With special procedures and processes in place, availability of ABC load specialists, and ‘head-to-toe’ preliminary work both charter flights were operated in full compliance with the customer’s and the shipper’s requirements. For the first 8 months of 2018 AirBridgeCargo have transported more than 40 thd.tonnes of automotive and spare parts, which serves as an indication that ABC is perceived as a reliable partner in this sector recognized for its commitment to automotive industry and efforts taken in this area.
